SQUEEZY CITY

Squeezy City was a three week Summer School, in collaboration with STORE projects & artist Sarah Fraser. Students experimented with digital and analogue extrusion techniques to develop architectural components made with natural and locally sourced materials and ingredients.

From extruded food to fired clay, bread and bricks, students collaboratively designed and built a series of architectural fragments inspired by the local area, to be part of an extruded ‘Churros Stand’ as part of the Saturday market in Coal Drops’ Yard, Kings Cross, London.
